Customers can request a return or replacement only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered. To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging materials available. Customized, made-to-order, or assembled furniture items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved by our team, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days and credited through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment type.
Shipping, installation, or handling charges may be non-refundable in certain cases.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any additional charges. Once the order has been shipped or production has started for customized items, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
